Photographs on the Site show coastal scenery and are illustrative. They do not show the property itself. We intend to add photographs of the property after development is complete.

C&J Holdings at Bay Creek, LLC is an independent company. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the developer or operator of the Bay Creek community or any community or homeowners’ association. “Bay Creek” and other third-party names, logos, and marks belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify the location of our property.

The text, design, and other content on the Site are owned by or licensed to us. You may view and share the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, republish, or sell its content without our written permission.
